Stephen became homeless after leaving the army and falling into substance abuse. But with tremendous effort from Stephen and help from his support workers, he has been able to stay clean for some weeks now.
Stephen’s support worker applied on his behalf for a CHC grant for funds to move out into supported living, allowing for more time and the ability to reconnect with his Dad.
