As temperatures fall, more people need practical support to stay safe and move forward. Your fundraising helps us provide small grants for essentials such as warm clothing, household items, travel costs, identification documents and many other things that help someone rebuild their life.

Because we’re a small charity, every pound raised goes a long way. We work closely with support workers in homelessness accommodation across England and Wales, who know the people they support best. They identify the practical barriers preventing someone from moving forward, and together we provide grants that help remove them.
