The Rt Revd Dr David Walker
The Trust has a long tradition of support from Bishops of Manchester, and values Bishop David’s ongoing commitment and active role in promoting awareness of social and special needs housing. He worked with Church Homeless Charity on the ground over many years and was very pleased to accept a role as one of our patrons in December 2013.
Bishop David commented “I’ve worked with Church Homeless Charity on the ground over many years, but never imagined I would be given the honour of serving as one of the patrons. I remain a great fan of how the trust enables quality homes and services to reach the most needy among us.”
Susie Briscoe
Susie Briscoe is currently running her own business, Acer Coaching Associates and also freelancing as senior coach/mentor for two US companies: Nightingale Conant and Brian Tracy International. She has a background in advertising, and has worked as a volunteer in the charity sector for more than 40 years.
She is a trustee of Battersea Dogs’ and Cats’ Home and runs her own small charity supporting orphans, education and welfare programmes in developing countries. Previously Chairman of St Ives Preparatory School in Haslemere, Surrey and on the Council of the Cheltenham Ladies College, she has also assisted four Lord Mayors of London with charity appeals.
