Shelly was discharged from hospital into supported accommodation with little more than the clothes she was wearing.
A grant from CHC helped Shelly buy clothes, trainers, toiletries, and a few personal items to make her room
feel more like home.
The support has restored Shelly’s confidence, allowing her to focus on her recovery.
