Stories

We know that behind every statistic is a person with a story worth telling.

This page is where we share some of the real-life experiences of people we’ve supported – stories of hope, resilience, and transformation.

Every grant we award is more than just financial assistance. It’s a chance for someone to move forward: to begin again, to reconnect with loved ones, to feel safe, or to simply feel seen.

Whether it’s a travel pass that reopens doors, a course that leads to a new career, or a hobby that brings comfort and purpose – our small grants have a big impact.

These stories offer a window into the many ways that tailored support helps people take the next step towards rebuilding their lives. They show how a small grant, at the right time, can restore confidence, reignite ambition, and provide the tools people need to break the cycle of homelessness.

We invite you to read and reflect on these stories – because every one of them is a reminder of the power of compassion and the difference your support makes.
